Burnout (Noun): State of emotional, physical, and mental exhaustion caused by prolonged stress. We are all susceptible to burnout, especially given the ongoing stressors related to the current pandemics. While there are many ways to mitigate burnout, this session will focus on using strengths, or the talents we are born with and sharpen over time, to help prevent burnout.
