Water Aerobics are a great way to get moving, reduce tension and pain, build confidence in water, and stay cool in the hot summer months. Feedback from your participants supports that they “enjoy the water aerobics class and want to learn more water exercise.” Water aerobics are a recommended form of exercise for everyone, particularly those who are pregnant.
